It’s Friday!
In science next week we will be working on collecting data for the scientific method. Red Team has already worked on a graphing unit in math, so this should go very smoothly. We will then be practicing writing conclusions. Ask your child how many drops of water can fit on a penny, nickel, and dime. They should be able to discuss today’s lab with you.
In social studies we are finishing Ch. 4 – explorers, the Lost Colony of Roanoke, Jamestown, Pilgrims, Puritans, New Netherlands, and New France. We will be having our test next Thursday, February 2. We put our study guides together today with a test note. Your child should have brought that home today. We will review next week.
Next Thursday night is our DARE graduation. We will meet in our classroom at 6:15 to get our shirts. The graduation will start at 6:30.
